What You Need to Bring

  • Completed business training, ideally with a focus on payroll accounting, or comparable qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Initial experience in processing payroll and using payroll software (e.g., DATEV)
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • A precise and structured approach to work, as well as a strong aptitude for numbers
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • A sense of responsibility and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work well with others and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development in the field of payroll accounting

Here's what you'll do

  • Preparation and processing of payroll for our clients, taking into account social aspects such as social security contributions, health insurance, and pension insurance
  • Calculation and Payment of Payroll Tax and Other Taxes
  • Maintaining employee master data and processing changes related to salary, working hours, and benefits
  • Advising our clients on wage-related issues and providing support on matters of labor law and social security law
  • Communication with employees, government agencies, and external service providers regarding payroll-related matters
