Our Company History

What began in 2005 as a cross-border consulting practice in the tri-border region of Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic has evolved over the years into an internationally active law firm.

An important milestone was the opening of our office in Löbau in 2008. As we built up our expertise in tax and accounting, we developed the approach that continues to shape us to this day. Law, taxes, and numbers should not be viewed in isolation, but rather considered together.

What began as traditional legal counsel has evolved into comprehensive support for businesses—from establishing new locations and managing international employee assignments to navigating complex change processes. Throughout this journey, our focus has always been equally on understanding economic contexts and on legal expertise.

Today, we have about 60 employees working at six locations in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. With our international team and a clear understanding of cross-border challenges, we support companies far beyond the borders of Europe.

Even after 20 years of growth, we continue to move forward. With new office space in Liberec, the further development of our “Law Firm 2.0” initiative, and our recognition as a “Great Place to Work” in 2025, we are steadfastly continuing on our path.
