The applicable professional regulations are the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Professional Code for Attorneys-at-Law (BORA), the Specialized Attorneys’ Act (FAO), the Attorneys’ Fees Act (RVG), the Professional Rules for Attorneys-at-Law of the European Community, and the Act on the Practice of European Attorneys-at-Law (EuRAG).
