International Business Law

For us, international business law is not merely an umbrella term for “foreign transactions,” but rather the strategic framework for cross-border corporate structures.

The topics range from commercial, corporate, and foreign trade law to international dispute resolution, as well as public law regulations, technical standards, supply chain requirements, and environmental standards. More than 80% of our clients’ matters have an international dimension.

We take a comparative law approach and design structures not based on national practices, but rather on economic rationality and international enforceability. That is why we systematically analyze various legal systems, court and arbitration systems, and regulatory frameworks to develop the most legally and economically sound structure for each project. Whether it involves the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, international project contracts, financing structures, or cross-border supply chains—what matters to us is not just which law applies, but which system offers the best protection, the greatest stability, and the greatest economic flexibility. International commercial law is therefore not a peripheral area of our practice, but one of our core areas of expertise.
