Since 2023 i have been working at NAUTARIS. legal | tax (former RIEDIGER. legal | tax). Making the move there made perfect sense to me, because this law firm is anything but ordinary. Here, people think outside the box, seek unconventional solutions, and aren’t afraid to break new ground. That’s exactly how I feel. I often hear that I’m not a typical lawyer, and to me, that’s the greatest compliment. I prefer clear language and open communication, and I enjoy tackling challenges precisely where others wave them off and say, “That won’t work.”

At work, I’m sometimes the proverbial axe in the forest—direct and to the point. When it really counts, though, I proceed with surgical precision. This combination shapes my day-to-day work in employment law as well as at the intersection with compliance. First, I fight my way through the thicket; then I make the cut that makes all the difference.

I take an unconventional approach, seek clear solutions, and am convinced that you can tackle things differently if you have the courage to just do it.
