In addition to my part-time master’s degree in HR, my passion lies in communication—within teams, with clients, and especially in our interactions with one another. Because whether at home, with family, or at work, communication can build walls—or open doors. And yes, sometimes we get in our own way by being too narrow-minded. My job is to recognize those moments and help clear the way again. 😊
